Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with DXF Viewer Pro. This policy explains when you can get a refund, how to ask for one and how to cancel so that you are not charged again.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

Your first purchase of DXF Viewer Pro — whether the monthly plan (US$4.99) or the yearly plan (US$29) — is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 30 days of the payment date, we refund the full amount you paid. You do not have to give a reason, although we appreciate feedback so we can improve the viewer.

The guarantee applies once per customer, to the first subscription payment. Once a refund is issued, your Pro subscription ends immediately and the free plan applies again.

Refunds are issued by our merchant of record (the payment platform operator), our merchant of record, which processed your original payment.

2. How to request a refund

1. Email support@dxfviewer.app with the subject line "Refund request".
2. Send it from, or include, the email address you used at checkout.
3. Include your order or receipt ID (it is in the receipt email you received after payment and in the customer portal). If you cannot find it, the checkout email address and approximate payment date are enough for us to locate the order.
4. Optionally, tell us what did not work for you.

That is all. You do not need to cancel separately first — we cancel the subscription for you when we issue the refund.

3. Processing time

We confirm your request by email, typically within 24 hours and no later than 2 business days. The refund is then issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a further 5 to 10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement. We cannot refund to a different card or account.

The refund may appear on your statement under the Merchant's name rather than "DXF Viewer".

4. How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel at any time; no email is needed:

1. Open the viewer at dxfviewer.app.
2. Click Restore purchases / Manage subscription in the viewer footer.
3. Sign in with the email you used at checkout if asked. The customer portal opens.
4. Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.

Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep full Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. If you have trouble with the portal, email support@dxfviewer.app and we will cancel it for you.

Outside the 30-day guarantee, cancelling does not refund the current billing period, and we do not offer partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it.

5. Renewals

DXF Viewer Pro renews automatically — every month on the monthly plan and every year on the yearly plan — until you cancel. Renewal payments are not covered by the 30-day guarantee, because it applies to the first purchase only.

We do, however, review renewal refund requests individually. If you were charged after cancelling, charged twice, or did not notice a yearly renewal and contact us promptly, write to us and we will do our best to help. Where a refund is required by the consumer-protection law of your country, we will of course honour it.

To avoid an unwanted renewal, cancel any time before your renewal date; the date is shown in the customer portal and in your receipts.
